Vila Nova de Paiva
In this new show, Edmundo Inácio opens the doors to a house where everything has its own sound: traditional instruments, electronic elements, musical toys, overlapping voices and even the audience itself, which at times stops being a guest and becomes an official member of the band.
The stage is transformed into a living home where every element has a presence, every object serves a purpose and everything contributes to creating a unique atmosphere. There are bursts of euphoria, breathing silences, arrangements that come to life before the audience’s eyes and small theatrical moments that will exist only on that particular night.
The audience does not merely watch. They participate, react and help complete the performance. This sonic home only truly exists when it is full, when people step inside and allow themselves to become immersed.
This is not simply a concert presenting Vida de Cão, Edmundo Inácio’s second album, which includes the singles Terra and Relento. The setlist will feature his most significant songs, including his version of Menina (do Alto da Serra), the tribute he paid to Tonicha at the latest edition of Festival da Canção. More than a showcase of songs, however, this will be a celebration, a special experience designed to make everyone feel like part of one family.
Known for his strong artistic personality, Edmundo Inácio gained attention through The Voice Portugal in 2022 and Festival da Canção in 2023. A finalist in that competition, he stood out for his powerful, charismatic and enigmatic performances, often deconstructing and reinventing music rooted in Portuguese folk traditions.
On stage, Edmundo Inácio delivers an intense, passionate, authentic and original performance, offering a truly unique musical experience. Prepare yourself for a vibrant and innovative show!
